Installation, Commissioning & Preventative / Corrective Maintenance

All our equipment is backed by a highly competent product support and customer service network, where our machines are operating.

Intaka Tech installation staff are Certified Engineers, supported by a group of manufacturing and assembly technicians.

The GGS for medical oxygen and air is modular for ease of installation, only requiring connectivity to the electricity supply and to the hospital’s main distribution pipeline for gas. The installation time frames, role-players and other aspects of the installation will be agreed to by the hospital or clinic management and Intaka Tech staff prior to commencement. A site meeting will be conducted at each customer location prior to actual installation in order to ensure a smooth rollout.

Routine training will enable local hospital staff to perform first level support, thereby minimizing the possibility of system downtime. Operators are trained on:

a. General operation
b.Fault finding
c.Completion of daily, weekly and monthly inspections books
d. Alarms system operation and diagnostics

Our technical experts ensure that each of Intaka Tech’s GGS is maintained and supported throughout its lifetime.
