Intaka Tech provides Service Level Agreements to maintain your medical gas, vacuum and medical gas piping systems. Preventative maintenance on all of our systems is completed on a regular basis in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. We have a skilled team of engineers and highly trained and experienced technicians which maintain our gas systems in all the Sub-Saharan Africa regions.

Intaka Tech’s telemetry GPRS monitoring system monitors the performance of your gas generation system 24/7, enabling early detection of any potential problem through the analysis of process parameter trends.

Upgrades to your medical gas systems

Intaka Tech provides engineering solutions to improve the performance of your PSA generator by recommending upgrades to your existing system after conducting a thorough root cause analysis of the equipment you have.

Our skilled engineers complete an overall analysis of your current medical gas piping system and can advise on expanding the system further to new wards and theatres by conducting pressure drop calculations of the existing system and the proposed expansion.

Training

Intaka Tech provides comprehensive training on the operation of your PSA oxygen generation system, vacuum or medical systems and oxygen compressor and cylinder manifold filling stations. To ensure the proper transfer of knowledge during the training sessions, the operators are tested on their competency levels and training certificates are issued.

Operators are trained in the safe operation of your systems and are provided with a comprehensive operating and maintenance manual. Operators are also trained in basic first level maintenance and the healthcare facilities mechanical engineers or technicians are trained in more in-depth maintenance activities during our preventative maintenance visits.
